You can set up and use Workspace Email<\/a> on your Apple mobile devices, including iPhone or iPad.<\/p>\n

Before you start:<\/strong>\u00a0You need to know your POP or IMAP Email Server Settings and ports. To find them, go to the\u00a0Email Setup Center<\/a>\u00a0and write down the information that displays under\u00a0Email Server Settings<\/strong>, including both the incoming and outgoing server settings.<\/p>\n

  2. Tap\u00a0Wi-Fi<\/strong>, and tap the toggle button to turn it off.

  10. Tap\u00a0IMAP<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0POP<\/strong>, depending on the type of account you have.\n

  11. Under\u00a0New Account<\/strong>, enter your Email Server Settings from the\u00a0Email Setup Center<\/a>.\n

    \u00a0Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Even though iOS labels the Outgoing Mail Server fields as Optional, you must enter them for your email to work correctly.<\/p>\n

  12. Tap\u00a0Next<\/strong>. Your mobile device will begin verifying your settings. This may take several minutes.<\/li>\n
  13. Tap\u00a0Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  14. Turn your wifi back on in the\u00a0Settings<\/strong>\u00a0screen.<\/li>\n
  15. Tap\u00a0Mail<\/strong>\"Clickto open the app.<\/li>\n
  16. To test your account, compose an email and send it to yourself.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
