You can set up your Workspace email<\/a> in Microsoft\u00ae Outlook 2010. We recommend using the\u00a0Outlook Setup Tool<\/a>, to automatically set up your email in Outlook 2010. But if you want to set up your email yourself, follow these instructions.<\/p>\n

You need to turn on Outlook Easy Setup in your Workspace account, first. This creates an autodiscover record that makes set up simpler.\u00a0Read more about Outlook Easy Setup.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u00a0Warning:<\/strong>\u00a0The\u00a0Outlook Easy Setup<\/strong>\u00a0tool will only work if your domain is registered in the same IFindHost – CheapDomainRegistration.com account, with IFindHost – CheapDomainRegistration.com<\/a> nameservers.   1. Log in to your Workspace Email account and open your product. (Need help logging in?<\/a>)<\/li>\n
  2. In your Workspace account, click the\u00a0Tools<\/strong>\u00a0menu.<\/li>\n
  3. Select\u00a0Email Setup Center<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. If you have email set up for multiple domains, from the\u00a0Domain<\/strong>\u00a0list, select the domain you want to use.<\/li>\n
  5. Under\u00a0Outlook Easy Setup<\/strong>, click the\u00a0On\/Off<\/strong>\u00a0toggle switch, and make sure it says\u00a0on<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Now you can set up your Workspace email in Outlook 2010.<\/p>\n

    2. If this is the first time you’ve opened Outlook 2010<\/strong>, you’ll see a welcome screen.\n

        3. Make sure\u00a0E-mail Account<\/strong>\u00a0is selected, and enter your Workspace email details.

        5. Outlook 2010 will test your settings. You may see a pop-up window asking if you want to\u00a0Allow this website to configure…<\/strong>\u00a0Select\u00a0Don’t ask me about this website again<\/strong>, and click\u00a0Allow<\/strong>.

        6. When Outlook 2010 is finished setting up your account, it will say\u00a0Congratulations!<\/strong>\u00a0Click\u00a0Finish<\/strong>.
