(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.secureserver.net\/help\/article\/5974?prog_id=ifindhost\">Need help logging in?<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>From the\u00a0<strong>Settings<\/strong>\u00a0menu, click\u00a0<strong>Display Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Go to one of the following tabs, make any changes you want, and then click\u00a0<strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"many-open all-closed\">\n<h3 class=\"display\"><a title=\"time\" href=\"https:\/\/www.secureserver.net\/help\/article\/2814?prog_id=Ifindhost&amp;pl_id=114494&amp;isc=domsite#time\">Time<\/a><\/h3>\n<div class=\"stretcher\">\n<p>Set the time zone and date format, specify the amount of idle time that can elapse before the system logs you off, and specify how often to refresh your folders.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"many-open all-closed\">\n<h3 class=\"display\"><a title=\"viewing\" href=\"https:\/\/www.secureserver.net\/help\/article\/2814?prog_id=Ifindhost&amp;pl_id=114494&amp;isc=domsite#viewing\">Viewing<\/a><\/h3>\n<div class=\"stretcher\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Display Attached Images<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Display all image files attached to the email without downloading them to your computer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enable Message Preview Pane<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Display a window beneath your list of emails that lets you view an email by selecting it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mark Messages as Read on Preview<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Mark messages as read when viewing in the preview pane.<\/li>\n<li><strong>View After Action<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select what you want to view after performing an action with a message, such as deleting or flagging it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"many-open all-closed\">\n<h3 class=\"display\"><a title=\"XXX\" href=\"https:\/\/www.secureserver.net\/help\/article\/2814?prog_id=Ifindhost&amp;pl_id=114494&amp;isc=domsite#XXX\">Composing<\/a><\/h3>\n<div class=\"stretcher\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Use Pop-up Compose<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select to view the Compose window in a new browser window.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Use HTML Compose<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select to use the Rich Text editor when composing emails.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Select Spell Check Tool<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select a spell-checking tool to use when composing emails.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Always Spell Check Before Send<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select to automatically check spelling before sending messages.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Default Message Font<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select the default font, size, and color for composing messages.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Default Delay for Scheduled Email Deliver<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select a length of time to delay sending your emails.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Put People I Reply to in My Address Book<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select to add contacts to your address book when you reply to an email from them.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unsaved Draft Protection<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select one of the following options for handling unsaved or unsent emails:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Full<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 A pop-up window displays letting you\u00a0<strong>Return to Message<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Save as Draft<\/strong>, or\u00a0<strong>Close<\/strong>\u00a0without saving.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Basic<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 A pop-up window displays letting you save the email in your draft folders.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Off<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Do not use any unsaved draft protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automatically Save Draft<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select the frequency that Workspace Webmail automatically saves drafts of messages you compose.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Copy Email Messages to Sent Items When Sending Mail<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select when you want Workspace Webmail to save emails you send to your Sent Items folder.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Include Reply by default when Sending and Filing<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select to have Workspace Webmail file your reply email when you use\u00a0<strong>Send and File<\/strong>\u00a0while replying to an email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Save a copy of message in Sent Items when Sending &amp; Filing<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select to save your reply to the Sent Items folder when you use\u00a0<strong>Send and File<\/strong>\u00a0while composing email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>URL Linking on Send<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Select to automatically convert email address and Web addresses as clickable hyperlinks when you send email using the Rich Text editor. To ensure this works, select\u00a0<strong>Use HTML Compose<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"many-open all-closed\">\n<h3 class=\"display\"><a title=\"calendar\" href=\"https:\/\/www.secureserver.net\/help\/article\/2814?prog_id=Ifindhost&amp;pl_id=114494&amp;isc=domsite#calendar\">Calendar<\/a><\/h3>\n<div class=\"stretcher\">\n<p>If you have a Calendar account associated with your Workspace Webmail account, you can display your Calendar events and tasks in Workspace Webmail.<\/p>\n<p>Select if you want to show events or tasks above your Mail index, and the number and types of items to display. Click\u00a0<strong>OK<\/strong>\u00a0to save the setting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"many-open all-closed\">\n<h3 class=\"display\"><a title=\"actionbar\" href=\"https:\/\/www.secureserver.net\/help\/article\/2814?prog_id=Ifindhost&amp;pl_id=114494&amp;isc=domsite#actionbar\">Action Bar<\/a><\/h3>\n<div class=\"stretcher\">\n<p>The Action Bar displays six actions when viewing your emails.
