Our Linux-based hosting<\/a> accounts let you enable Error Log collection for seven-day periods, starting 24 hours after you enable them. During this period you can view your error logs at any time, however, at the seven days’ end, you can no longer view the error logs.<\/p>\n

Extending the Error Log collection at any time during the seven days erases all existing Error Logs and begins the collections process anew.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> Error logs are not available on Economy Linux Classic Hosting plans. Not sure if that’s you? See What type of hosting account do I have?<\/a><\/p>\n

To Enable Error Logs<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Log in to your IFindHost – CheapDomainRegistration.com account.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Web Hosting<\/strong>.<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Manage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. In the Settings<\/strong> section of the Hosting Control Panel, click the Error Logs<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n
  5. Click Update<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    It usually takes 24 hours before you can view your error logs.<\/p>\n

    To View Error Logs<\/h4>\n

    1. Log in to your IFindHost – CheapDomainRegistration.com account.<\/li>\n
    2. Click Web Hosting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Manage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. From the Files & FTP<\/strong> menu, select FTP File Manager<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    5. Navigate to the Error Logs<\/strong> directory.<\/li>\n
